SilkPvP Store — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 22, 2026 Store: SilkPvP Tebex Store Server: play.silkpvp.com


By connecting to, joining, or otherwise playing on the SilkPvP server (play.silkpvp.com), and/or by purchasing any product, package, rank, or item ("Product") through the SilkPvP Tebex store ("Store"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not connect to the server and do not make a purchase.




1. General

1.0 Acceptance by Play. Connecting to the SilkPvP server constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full, whether or not you make a purchase. You do not need to make a purchase for these Terms to apply to you — joining the server alone is sufficient acceptance. Continuing to play after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


1.1 These Terms govern both your use of the SilkPvP server and any purchases made through the Store. Separate in-game server rules (available in-game and/or on Discord) also apply to your conduct while playing and are enforced independently of these Terms.


1.1a All purchases made through the Store are for virtual, in-game items and services on the SilkPvP Minecraft server. You are not purchasing a physical product.


1.2 Purchases are tied to the Minecraft Java Edition username/account you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to enter the correct username. SilkPvP is not responsible for Products delivered to an incorrectly entered username.


1.3 SilkPvP reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Products, prices, and perks at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments

2.1 All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are processed securely through Tebex's payment system.


2.2 By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used, or that you have permission from the account holder to make the purchase.


2.3 Purchases made by minors must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms.


2.4 If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf before you connect to the server or make a purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 All sales are final. SilkPvP does not offer refunds for any Product, including but not limited to ranks, keys, in-game currency, cosmetics, or any other virtual good, except where required by law.


3.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:


  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with the Product

  • Loss of access to your Minecraft account

  • In-game penalties, bans, or mutes issued after purchase

  • Server downtime, wipes, resets, or closure


3.3 If a Product is not delivered due to a technical error on SilkPvP's end, contact staff through the appropriate support channel and the issue will be resolved by delivering the Product, not by refund, unless delivery is impossible.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

4.1 Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for any completed purchase — instead of contacting SilkPvP staff — is a violation of these Terms.


4.2 Any account associated with a chargeback or payment dispute will be immediately and permanently banned from the server and Store, and will forfeit access to all Products, ranks, currency, and perks associated with that account, without exception.


4.3 SilkPvP reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks and to report abuse to Tebex and relevant payment processors.


4.4 If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact SilkPvP staff directly before opening a dispute. Bans issued under this section will not be reversed on the basis that a dispute was later withdrawn.

5. Delivery of Products

5.1 Products are typically delivered automatically in-game upon successful payment. Delivery may require you to be online and connected to the server.


5.2 Delays in delivery may occur due to server downtime, maintenance, or technical issues. SilkPvP will make reasonable efforts to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner.

6. Account Standing & Eligibility

6.1 SilkPvP reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a purchase, or withhold delivery of a Product to any player who is banned, has an outstanding disciplinary action, or has otherwise violated the server rules, at staff's discretion.


6.2 Purchasing a Product does not grant immunity from the server rules. Ranks, perks, and items can be revoked if obtained or used in violation of server rules, without entitlement to a refund (see Section 3).

7. Server Changes & Availability

7.1 SilkPvP may reset, wipe, update, or discontinue the server or any of its game modes at any time. Purchases made prior to such changes are not eligible for refund or compensation unless SilkPvP explicitly states otherwise for a specific event.


7.2 SilkPvP is not liable for loss of access to Products due to server closure, hosting issues, or discontinuation of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 SilkPvP and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of Products, including loss of in-game progress or items.


8.2 Products are provided "as is." SilkPvP does not guarantee uninterrupted access to purchased perks due to factors outside its control (e.g., hosting outages, Minecraft updates, plugin compatibility issues).

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1 SilkPvP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For support, delivery issues, or questions about a purchase, contact SilkPvP staff through the official Discord server before taking any other action, including opening a payment dispute.
